Went there for the first time on my mom's birthday. There was one waitress and service was very slow. I ordered the seafood casserole and I was not impressed. It was a bowl of sauce with very few seafood. It was not appatizing, hopefully if I should return the food and service will be better.
Was at this restaurant we were a big group . First they had no ginger ale pop... then we all ordered everthing was fine .one in the group Her ordered was not coming out they keep saying coming soon we all ate and the order was still not coming out . They they said they ran out potatoes.. but what happen to the fish????.. but never came to the person and even gave her a roll or even said world you like a salade instead she left without having her supper. I find this inacceptable... or course they did not charge for her meal but its not the point. The point is if you know a big group is going cook some potatoes because we had reserveThanks
Great food, great service, reasonably priced. Seafood casserole was delicious! Linguini and ribs were also good.
It was OK, but not great. Pretty much all the seafood on the menu is deep fried. The breaded/fried scallops were OK, and the fish and chips was also OK, but the breading could have been more flavorful. The service, however, was excellent, which helped make up for the less than excellent food.
I havent been into this restaurant in a good decade. Specifically since the new owners took over. When I was younger I remember high prices and dressier attire required. That doesnt interest me when I go for seafood in Shediac. Last night, two friends and I decided to dine in Shediac, and driving by this restaurant, we decided to give it a try. We ordered a few appetizers, and each of us ordered the large clam platter for supper. The mussels in garlic cream sauce were decadent as our appetizer. The clams were light and crispy, and perfect; definitely crave-able . The fries were crunchy and delicious. The poutine had delicious, thick gravy, and lots of cheese curds. The portion size was bigger than I could finish eating. For $25.99, it was extremely generous! Our waitress, who is the niece I believe the owner, was courteous and hospitable. If I owned a restaurant I would try to poach her! Such a darling personality! Altogether it was a great experience. I cannot wait to go back and try other items on their menu. The ambiance was stylish, warm, and inviting. The renovations in this place, along with the food quality, and menu price, make it the perfect Shediac dining spot. See you again soon!
