Waited 45 minutes for a soup of the day and bowl of chili to go. The cook did not close the lid properly so the soup leaked through the bag and in my car. Barely 2 minutes later I was back in the restaurant (in a bad mood, may I add) and the owner came out with an intimidating pose asking "what was my problem". When I told him the lid wasn't closed and leaked all over my car he replied "I don't know what you did with the food once we gave it to you, we closed it properly, not my problem". HE BLAMED ME FOR THE INCIDENT!!!! We had a heated exchange, thanks to his lovely customer care, and I ended up getting my money back. Worst customer service ever!!!
We waited over 30 minutes before I got up to let the waitress know we still hadn't been waited on. It was an hour and 20 minutes before we got our meal and the couple that was with us watched us eat and they still had not gotten their food. We ended up leaving without their food. This kind of service is unacceptable! Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone
Friendly waitress. Paying was quite the ordeal. Maybe put numbers on the tables so the people can pay in a faster pace. Food was good.
We were seated promptly. Took 15 - 20 minutes to place our order. While we were sitting and waiting for our food (1 hour) we watched several people get up and leave due to long wait (no service). After 45 minutes....I asked server if our food had been started. Her response was "why". Took 1 hour to get our food. They overcharged me (check your bill). Basically.....do not recommend this place
We found the food very nice. It seemed healthier and more wholesome, perhaps more authentic. Their no MSG policy is very nice. My wife reported that the restaurant looked very nice.I only wish I had eaten more dishes now that they've sparked my curiosity.Had a hamburger there with no mayo, very good.
